Making Tax Digital comes into force

From 1^st April 2019, Making Tax Digital for VAT (MTD) came into force for all VAT registered businesses with taxable supplies in excess of £85,000.   Entities which are affected will have to register for MTD and file their VAT returns through electronically approved software for the VAT period beginning on or after 1^st April 2019.   More information can be found on HMRC’s website:
